Graduating students of the Intro to pole Dancing series at Lioness Pole Dan

We created this Intro to Pole Dancing signature series to help you on your journey of becoming a flourishing pole dancer! It’s a 4-week program that covers the basics and foundations of dance and fitness.

Each week we explore and learn new pole skills while building confidence on and off the pole. This series is specially curated for beginner pole dancers - no experience is necessary!

FAQS

  • Yes! If you are a new student, you must take our signature Intro to Pole series before becoming a member and advancing to other classes offered at the studio. You can book an Intro to Pole series here.

  • We recommend wearing shorts, a tank top, a sports bra, and bringing a pair of socks. Try to avoid lotions and oils before class and remove any jewelry on your hands and wrists.

  • No weight limit; come as you are.

  • You must be 18 and over.

  • You should feel that you have mastered the moves and techniques taught in the Intro to Pole series before attempting to move on to more advanced-leveled classes. If you move on before you’re ready or attempt to perform moves your body isn’t conditioned for, you may be at risk of injury. Every person’s experience will be unique, and the learning curve is based on each person's desire, commitment, and fitness level. If you’re unsure if you’re ready to move on to a higher-level class, please ask your instructor for an evaluation.

  • Our scheduling system allows you to cancel a class up to 4 hours before the class starts without being charged for that class. If you do not cancel within 4 hours of the class starting, you will be charged for the full class, and a refund or credit will not be issued.
